Do you play an orchestral instrument and have always dreamt of playing with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra? Now is your chance! On February 26th, the orchestra is inviting everyone who wants to give it a go to join the band in an open rehearsal and performance on the main stage of Eldborg.
The program includes the final movement of Dvořák's Symphony No. 9, From the New World, and the ever-popular Á Sprengisandi, arranged by Páll Pampichler Pálsson.
Please register by filling out a form where you specify which orchestral part you wish to play, along with your general contact details. We will email you the sheet music, and you can start preparing!
The program will be rehearsed from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, followed by the performance from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
