Antonín Dvořák Serenade for wind instruments, cello and double bass

At a lunchtime concert in Eldborg Hall, Harpa, musicians from the Iceland Symphony Orchestra will perform Serenade for wind instruments, cello and double bass by Antonín Dvořák under the direction of Eva Ollikainen, the orchestra's Chief Conductor. Performing the work are Julia Hantschel and Peter Tompkins on oboe, Grímur Helgason and Rúnar Óskarsson on clarinet, Bryndís Þórsdóttir, Louisa Slosar and Brjánn Ingason on bassoon, Stefán Jón Bernharðsson, Asbjörn Ibsen Bruun, Frank Hammarin and Joseph Ognibene on french horn, Sigurgeir Agnarsson on cello and Richard Korn on double bass.
In accordance with safety regulations, a limited number of tickets will be available for this event. Tickets can be obtained on the ISO website and at the Harpa ticket office. Guests are asked to pay close attention to social distancing rules, hygiene and infection control.
Attendance is free of charge and all are welcome. Please note that all guests must obtain a ticket.
Attention: Originally the orchestra was to perform Beethoven's Symphony no. 4 at the concert, but unfortunately the programme had to be changed.
