Concerts for young listeners of all ages

"Litli tónsprotinn" is a series of carefully selected programmes for the entire family. The music performed is aimed at audiences aged 5 and over. The concerts give young listeners a chance to discover the magical world of music in an inviting and appealing atmosphere.

Children's Hour in Harpa 

The Children's Hour concerts are intended for the orchestra's youngest audiences. The concerts are about 30 minutes long and the programming and length of the concerts are tailored to the needs of audiences too young for the full-length children's concerts in the "Litli tónsprotinn" series. Two Children's Hour events are scheduled for the season. The special guest at Children's Hour concerts is none other than Maxímús Músíkús. Admission is free.
