Arna Kristín Einarsdóttir appointed the Managing Director

Arna Kristín Einarsdóttir has newly been appointed the Managing Director of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra from 1st September 2013.

She has been the Concert Manager of the orchestra since 2007 and performed in the orchestra as a flautist from 2000-2004.
Arna Kristín studied at Indiana University in Bloomington, USA and at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, UK.
She also has an MA in Cultural Administration from Bifröst University in Iceland
